2. Cairo and Giza
Our own couriers deliver orders in Cairo and Giza within 24 hours of confirming the order.
3. Other governorates
You choose a private courier or pick-up from the bus station. The delivery time depends on the shipping method and the governorate, and our team agrees the delivery time with you by phone so the order arrives at a time that suits you.
4. Shipping cost
Cairo and Giza: 200 EGP by courier. Other governorates: pick-up from the bus station for 200 EGP, or a private courier whose cost is confirmed in the order confirmation call.
5. Order confirmation
After you place an order, our team contacts you by phone or WhatsApp (+20 102 455 5748) to confirm it, the delivery address and, for a private courier, the shipping cost. The order is prepared after this confirmation.
6. How orders are packed
Every order is packed in an insulated cooler with frozen gel packs that hold their cold for up to 12 hours.
7. When your order arrives
Put the products in the refrigerator straight away and follow the storage condition printed on each label.
8. Tracking your order
You can follow your order status on the Track your order page with your order number and mobile number.
